The surprising truth about SELF EDUCATION!

Since the beginning of civilization on earth Humans have been avid learners. Over the course of time, this trend has increased.

Notwithstanding other things, the internet has acted as a catalyst to fire them. Now education is cheap and affordable to the majority of the population, and exploiting this opportunity many have indulged in the arena of self-education leaving behind formal education.

Knowledge is power and formal education can give you only living but self-education can provide you with a complete life.

SELF EDUCATION

Nevertheless, let’s discuss self-education in detail.

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER
You are only as valuable as what you know and how well you apply it. If you don't have the knowledge to make money online then you won't, no matter how good your products are. That's just plain fact. But if you do, then you'll profit regardless of whether or not you're making anything. So use what you've learned today to build yourself up as something greater than you currently are. You might find out that you're actually much more capable than you thought, and that's okay! Don't just settle for being average. Become better than average. Everyone around you is already doing it. Why not be the first?

NON-STOP IN LEARNING NEW THINGS

If you want to be successful at any endeavour, you need to keep learning new skills and constantly advancing. When I was starting my internet marketing career, I didn't even know what SEO meant. Now I'm earning 6 figures a year using nothing but free traffic methods. I'll never stop learning and always be seeking ways to improve myself. In short, if you aren't taking advantage of everything this world has to offer, you're definitely missing out.

STAY HUMBLE

It's human nature to seek approval from others. We love compliments, and we hate criticism. However, we should strive to stay humble regardless of what anyone says about us. Just remember that they don't understand our struggles unless we share them with them. And if someone does criticize you, learn from their mistakes and don't take their words personally. After all, they're not talking about you; they're talking about themselves. So when you become upset by their comments, ask yourself, "What would I say if I were in their shoes?" Take away their criticisms and replace them with your own thoughts.

NEVER COMPARE YOURSELF WITH OTHERS

NEVER COMPARE YOURSELF WITH OTHERS
We tend to compare ourselves to others all the time, especially when we start out in business. But comparisons never help anything. Instead, focus on making yourself better than you were yesterday. Compare your strengths to those of others who have succeeded. Then figure out where you can improve and go even further. Your best days may be ahead of you.

BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF

BE HONEST WITH YOURSELF
Nobody likes a hypocrite, especially when they're trying to help you. Honesty is probably the most powerful tool you have in your arsenal. Tell everyone exactly what you think and feel without holding back. If people don't agree with you, tell them why and listen to their reasons before judging them. If they judge you along with your opinion, take responsibility for your actions. At least you know where you stand.

NEVER SETTLE

NEVER SETTLE
Don't let anyone tell you otherwise. No one knows everything, and no one has enough experience to give advice on everything. Even your boss might not necessarily know what he's talking about. So don't believe his (or anyone else's) opinions until you've tried them on for size. If you try something and it doesn't work, move on. Don't ever get stuck in a rut. There's no point in wasting your time on something that isn't helping you achieve your goals. So if you haven't been able to develop a product yet, don't worry about it. Figure out what you want to create instead and work towards that. And if you still haven't figured it out after working hard for a while, then change course. Do whatever it takes to reach your goal.

SURROUND YOURSELF WITH POSITIVITY

SURROUND YOURSELF WITH POSITIVITY
Your friends and family are your greatest assets. If you surround yourself with negative people, they'll drag you down and pull you down with them. On the contrary, if you surround yourself with positive people, they'll lift you up and push you forward. Find people you can trust to help you succeed, and hang out with them often.

CONCLUSION

As discussed above, the impact of self-education is extremely broad. We have witnessed many great people who were self-educated and have brought a huge impact on our society. I reiterate, ‘Formal education may give you a living, but self-education can give you a complete life’.
