         So many are saying, "I cannot stop Procrastination." "Ho do I stop Procrastination?" Yes, I will tell you how... Find something that matters to you more than your excuses. FInd something that matters to you and you wont Procrastinate. There is no such thing as PROCRASTINATION

      Think about the thing that you are supposidely procrastinating on... Now picture someone with a gun to the head of a person you love the most... They are telling you that if you dont get this thing done, BEFORE the time it must be done the person you love is gone... I'm guessing you are not procrastinating anymore. Now picture again, the thing you are procrastinating on. And now I'm going to offer you everything you ever wanted as a reward. But only if it is done by tomorrow. All the money all the things thay you have ever wanted. Will you procrastinate? 

        Or will you do whatever it takes to get your reward? I guyrantee you if ther is something important, REALLY IMPORTANT on the line, you will not be holding back! You won't be watching stupid TV shows... you won't be waisting time on social media... you wont be waisting time with stupid things that have nothing to do with where you want to be. Now if you haven't already got it, the issue is not Procrastination the real problem is that you don't care about this thing enough to get it done. If you cared about it enoygh you woulden'd procrastinate. If you have a strong reason to get it done, you would not PROCRASTINATE. Your reason must be bigger than your excuses even if the task itself is not meaningful for you ; you can still find a reason to get it done. if its going to be important to your future I suggest you find a reason. And find it fast.

        Why must you do it? Who must you do it for? How will you suffer in your future if you dont get this done NOW? ... If you don't develope a habit of getting things done when you dont feel like it. It's not procrastination. You just dont care enough. It either isn't important enough or you haven't made it important enough. 

        So, if you really want to get this donr make it important enough. 

        Do not stand for mediocrity, Do not settle for average. If you want more you must get to work. If you want more you must find a bigger reason for your life a reason that will ensure ZERO procrastination. ZERO hesitation ; because you know why you're doing this. When you know why you are doing this YOU CAN BARE ANY PAIN. You can can endure any suffering and you can outlanst any failures. 

        Picture all the negatibe outcomes in the future that will come if you don't do this. Write down whay you must do this. Write down all the great things that could happen if you just dive in. And start taking action. You Will keep going because you know success is coming. You know you will not stop until you get it. Find that reason LIVE for that reason, Do not stop untill you get what you want for. I must do this, I can DO this ! I will do this ! 

        Find that reason, live for that reason, do not stop until you get what you.

        Procrastinatoin is a killer, it kills plans and projects and it kills dreams and ideas, progress in life. As soon as you feel that hesitaion that lag and fear get hyperagressive, get go. Do not wait. Don't take the easy way out. Don't give up based on the instinct fight on make today count. 


HERE ARE 5 WAYS TO GET BACK ON TRACK WHEN YOU HAVE LOST YOUR WAY TO OVERCOME PROCRASTINATION.

        There is not a human being on this planet that goes through life feeling up 100% of the time. There is not a human being alive on the planet who is happy 100% of his time. We all have low moments. We all suffer setbacks. We all get caught up in thing we shouldn't... and we all loose our way. Some of us remain lost forever, and some of us find our way back to the path we were distined to travel.

        Whether you stay lost, or find a way is a choice. If you beat yourself down or lifet yourself up, it is choice ... and that choice starts in in your own mind. YOur reality is not what has happened, but how you frame what has happend. Change your thoughts and you will change your life, Here are 5 ways to get back on track whenever you have lost your way : 

1. Write down your REASONS, "why" ?

When you Know your reaon why? You need no external motivators. why must you do, what you do? Why must you succeed? Why must you get healthy? Develope yourself get a positive example. Why must you earn MONEY? change your attitude. Strengethen your relationships? Who are you doing it for? Why must you keep fighting? There is reason... and whe you find that reason it will light a fire under everything you do. It will get you up early and kee you up late. It will inspire you to push harder, to fight longer to try different way... to find away... To never ever give up. you dtill have low moments, but you'll never stay there. Find that reason. 

2. Know that life is short :

Understanding at deep level that life is short, and you only get one shot at this human experience can be one of the most powerful ways to get you back  on track. It's not a recipe for recklessness or craziness... It's a knowing that life is short, and everything you are stressing about will likely not matter in the end. It takes the heaviness off almost every problem.  LET it go and focus on doing the things you love. following your passions. Surrounding yourself with great people. Be greatful for the life you have inside you... the time you have left and make the most of that time. Ask yourself : How do i want to be remembered? How can I conduct myself, today and every other day, so I am remembered that way? 

3. Feed your mind with something positive and powerful:

Consume as much positive self developement material as possible. However you do it, books, audio, video, mentors, it doesn't matter how it only matter that you do. If you are feeding your mind with powerful content everyday, and really taking it in... it is very unlikely you will loose your way. You loose your way by getting caught in the negative, like most people on this planet. Negative news. Petty conflicts. Comparison with others. You find your way, by doing what most people don't... and one of those things is self developement. Be open with your self developement. Seek to learn grow and develope yourself in all areas of your life. Ask yourself what you would LOVE to improve in your life, With your personal skills and traits... and seek the best mentors with skills on those topics. You can also feed your minbd with your own content... this is known as GRATITUDE. There is no more powerful force on earth than gratitude... and you are really feeling it deep, and practicing it everyday, it will ensure you remain in powerful, positive state. 

4. MOVE :

        Science has proven that physical excercise can lower depression, reduce stress and realease endorphins or "happy " chemicals from your brain. So, next time you loose your way... Get to the gym go for a run, sweat... release that tension somewhere positive. Do it daily and continue to grow your physical strangth. Your physiology and posture also has a lot to do with how you feel. You will feel very different by standuing standing tall, with your shoulders back and putting a big cheesy grin on your face, that you will feel prowd of. Take note of your posture when you are down. Be conscious about it. Learn all you can about it and make the needed changes.

5. Know where you want to go : 

        Goals are important because they clearly deifine WHERE you want to go, and keep you on track to getting there. Science (and common sense) will tell you those set specific and clearly defined goals are much more likely to live successful and fulfilled lives than those who dont. Here's a few secrets to goal setting.
Firstly... Be very specific about what you want. if it's money, don't just wright down "I want Money". Write exactly how much money? If it's a fitness goal Dont just write "I want a better body" Write the exact weight, or body fat measurement you must reach. 
Second... Be clear about WHEN you must have it... "I will make $1 Million doller per year by the 31st of december 2019." Finally define how you will reach that goal... By getting claer about what you must have and defining how you will get it and by when, you will now have a clear purpose to work towards. The chances of you getting off track when you have something important to work towards is very slim. The key is to make it meaningful to you. We gave a money example, But your goals should never be centred around money. Unless a money goal is attached to a great purpose, your reason for making that money. which might be children family, or a cause you believe in. 

        NOW you know How to get back on track, Now you know that there are ways to get back on track you dont have to stay lost. You know next time "THIS TOO SHALL PASS". It will pass. Keep going and keep growing.
